Rodkey Faust McNeal
Helen Elizabeth ‘Liz’ Rodkey Faust McNeal, 88
Aug. 28, 1930 — Aug. 23, 2019
Liz was born in a ranch home, 20 miles from Limon, Colo. She moved with her family to Post Falls, in June 1934. She received all her schooling there. All of her family attended the Post Falls Community Presbyterian Church.
After school, she married Lucky Faust and they had three children: Pam, Tim and Rodkey.
Wherever she lived, she made numerous friends.
She and Lucky divorced and years later her sister, Kathryn, and husband, Bill, introduced her to Clair McNeal. They married some time later. He introduced her to a totally different life as the wife of a Washington State College (now WSU) staff person, and they had many wonderful years together.
She will be fondly remembered by a host of friends.
Instead of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Union Gospel Mission of Spokane at 1224 E. Trent Ave., and wishes to thank you for this. A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, 2019, at Park Place, 511 S. Pines Road, Spokane Valley, Wash. (Written by George)
