SPECTRUM: In a word, bull

Re: Spectrum doubles speeds; rates stand pat. What a load of equine excrement! I can’t believe that The Press has the audacity to print this deceitful advertorial as an actual news article.

Spectrum raises rates EVERY single month. My bill is up 41% over last year and the service just gets worse. Spectrum spends all of their money on marketing leaving their actual technology miles behind the competition. They load the newspaper and my mailbox with dishonest advertisements with rates that they will not give you and they routinely bill for services they don’t provide. I wish the FCC would investigate these criminals and lock them up.

When Spectrum finally bites the dust, I will be standing in their parking lot popping the cork on a bottle of champagne! Everyone I know that uses Spectrum services despises them as much or more than I do, so I expect it to be one heck of a party!
