CLIMATE: Objecting to an ad

The Coeur d’Alene Press advertisement on climate change is like chalk on the blackboard, irritating as all get out.

Broad-sweeping statements passed off as fact, dubious research, questionable methodology and contrived conclusions abounded. Originally presented as Global Warming, it could not, even with massive media misdirection sustain that narrative.

The glaciers that hacked out the Purcell Trench we live above and the big lakes we recreate on remind us of the cyclic nature of the hot and cold periods experienced over the millennia. Climate change has been around long before man and his fossil fuels could have had any effect. Why is it so hard to accept that the sun is the primary driver?

The liberal, communist/socialist/anarchist forces thrive on ignorance and stupidity. Well-meaning people are used.

India and China, produce more carbon than all the rest of the world and are given a free pass. See how quick a full-page ad in the Beijing News gets stupidity handled. Officially taken over by the Beijing Municipal Chinese Communist Party, such letter writers get re-educated or disappeared. Just leave the carburetor on my snow blower alone. I love fossil fuel and reversing our standard of living is not a goal any sane person has. If I am wrong, then I have less than 12 years to extinction according to the former bar maid turned Congresswoman OAC.

While being distracted by climate change and its effects on the Maldives Islands and New Orleans sinking below the waves, there are three places that may erupt in nuclear conflict: North Korea, Iran and India-Pakistan. If the nukes start detonating, then there will be climate change.
