HERO: Back from the dead

I always wondered why we see fire trucks at ER situations. On Oct. 17, I found out.
I woke up during the night and didn’t feel very good, so I woke my husband up and he called 911. At that time, I told him I was going to die and a couple of minutes later I told him I was taking my last breath, which I did.
Right after I died, the firemen came in and went right to work on me. My wonderful fireman, Brian from the Fourth Street fire station, brought me back. How grateful I am to him.
Brian, I have a very sore chest, but I know it’s only because you did your job right. I have a different opinion of firemen now — they not only put out fires, but are out there saving lives.
Forever grateful,
