SCHOOLS: Solutions to problems
To the Coeur d’Alene School District:
SURPRISE! The district is in disarray!
For several years, your incompetent patrons have been sharing to deaf ears!
Like Ford, our district needs to shed “many” non-producing employees and now is the perfect time with lots of jobs available.
The new district superintendent is even more closed than the past. He won’t even talk to us, I guess because we are not similar “intellectuals.” The district can seek good advice from the retired principal of Coeur d’Alene Charter, which pays its teachers more and is one of the best schools in the country. How about North Idaho Christian and Genesis Prep? Fifty-one percent non-teacher staff is ridiculous!
How about asking us what to do and listening?
Gender equality teaching and purchasing curriculum is not getting it done. Since the employment line is long, trying to get teaching jobs here, what is going wrong?
Hire the best of the best and let them teach, drop the support staff overload and pay teachers more.
Our kids will learn more and the levies will go away!
