BANKS: For PFHD commissioner

My wife and I want to endorse ROCKY BANKS for Post Falls Highway District Commissioner, sub district 3.

Rocky is a 40-year resident and has served in many capacities, including working with many of our youth. His name has been on a lot of very successful projects, and when he becomes commissioner, he will bring all of this expertise to his new position.

He is a strong family man, and with his wife Mary, are considered very valued citizens. Rocky works well with others in harmony and his input will be well received. Please remember to VOTE!
