GOP: Moderates, step forward

A recent letter from a writer is asking where the Republicans have gone. I think they went the way of the moderate Democrats.

The far right and far left, I hope, don’t represent the majorities.

I have always been a Republican, but the current wave of these far right wing zealots does not represent me. I am not a racist nor am I ready to sue someone just because they don’t agree with me. I believe in the rights of the majority, for the most part, as long as they have not gone off to the deep right or left!

I don’t know where the moderate Republicans are as I know also that Brent Regan and his group do not represent me. Please let’s get away from the extremism and back to the basic principles of the party. Where are you moderates?
