Kyla Currie

Lake City High School

Currie, a junior, shot an 81 on Monday to earn medalist honors and lead the Timberwolf girls to their third straight regional title at the 5A Region 1 golf tournament at the Coeur d’Alene Golf Club. “Kyla has meant a lot to this team the last three years,” Lake City girls coach Corey Owen said. “Since she was a freshman she showed incredible poise and leadership. Her mental toughness and work ethic has led her to a lot of success.”
