GREEN: God's on his side

John Green is my District 2 state representative. I happily voted for him last November, and intend to do all I can to keep him in office. We’ve been personally acquainted for about 15 years, and am happy to refer to him as my friend. The fact that he read the 7,000 page federal tax code from cover to cover amazes me. Although I’ve read the relevant sections pertaining to “income” taxation, I would surely fall asleep after a couple of pages into the general document.

I’ve known for a long time, as does Mr. Green, that the federal tax code, and its IRS enforcement, as it allegedly pertains to personal earnings, is constructed on a fraud. Once Green saw the light, his intellectual honesty compelled him to proceed accordingly. He has, on many occasions, stood bravely in the face of a daunting gorilla agency to expose that fraud. It appears to me he may very well be answering a call of God. The ancient prophets were also vilified by their countrymen, some to the point of death. The powers that be don’t relinquish that power, especially when it is obtained unlawfully or surreptitiously.

Before anyone jumps in to criticize Green, please check these boxes: I have read the federal tax code; I understand the federal tax code. If you cannot check both boxes, then your opinion is without merit. You believe what you’ve been told, by people as equally ignorant as yourself. That would include most CPAs and attorneys.
