SNOW: More to the story

Your front page photo is nuts. I think the city spends more time putting stickers on cars than they spend clearing streets. That car was bermed in. We don’t know if the snow on the roof was before or after.

Could be a senior who doesn’t drive in the snow.

But snow I understand. I’ve just had surgery and am not supposed to do anything physical. BUT I cleared half my drive so I could go to a doctor appointment. By the time I cleaned up, the plows came past and left a berm in my drive. Never used to happen before.
