OPINIONS: Literacy and illegalities

Mrs. S. Williams: Might I suggest that you check the meaning of the word “illiterate” before you make any further illogical statements.

Fireworks: A once happy holiday has become a nightmare due to the use of illegal fireworks. Despite entreaties to the contrary, they continue to be a danger to my home. Every year I find burning remains on my roof and my yard. All for a few minutes of light and noise. Illegal means contrary to law. What a concept.
