Right to Life rally Saturday

COEUR d’ALENE — The 39th annual Coeur d'Alene Right to Life Rally is set for 10 a.m. Saturday.

Held in the parking lot of Skate Plaza at the northwest corner of U.S. 95 and Dalton Avenue, the rally frequently draws at least 100 attendees. It will be held rain, snow or shine.

Event speakers will be Janet Valov, executive director of Open Arms Pregnancy Care Center/Real Choices Clinic, and adoptive mom Jen Jensen, who will speak about the gift of adoption.

The march and rally is held yearly during the anniversary of Roe v. Wade, a landmark U.S. Supreme Court decision that decriminalized abortion.

Signs will be provided by Right to Life CDA.
