Terre Coffee & Bakery has opened a new location at 5417 Government Way in what formerly was the Longboard Coffee building.

The place, the company’s fourth, offers an extensive list of beverages, breakfast and in-house-made snack items. The building has a drive-through window and pleasant in-house seating for 45 people.

Owners Gabe and Mandy Booher started the business here in 2010.

“We’ve been delighted to see the hearty demand for our sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches served on our house-made bagels, as well as our cheesy black-bean and quinoa burritos for lunch,” Gabe said. “We source our ingredients as local as possible.”

Hours are 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays, 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday. Phone 208-292-4779. Check www.terrecoffee.com.
