The Coeur d’Alene Resort Golf Course welcomed Jack Martin as the new executive chef of The Floating Green Restaurant. Martin is a talented chef with more than 20 years of experience. His new responsibilities include preparing meals, maintaining a high caliber of quality and leading The Floating Green Restaurant team to provide an exquisite dining experience.

“It’s an honor to lead this seasoned team. I’m looking forward to growing and improving our menu, as well as continuing to cook up great experiences for our golfing community,” Martin said.

Martin grew up in Florida and worked at several Fort Lauderdale resorts. At the age of 19, he ran his first restaurant, Nick’s Italian Kitchen.
