INITIATIVE: The motive was clear

The least answered question at Tuesday’s Ballot Initiative forum presented by Reclaim Idaho was what motivated the introduction of Senate Bill 1159, which limits the people’s right to the initiative process? The answer is simple: The bill was introduced to punish the people for passing Proposition 2. Anyone who tells you otherwise is full of crap.
