FC Spokane tryouts set: FC Spokane, which “adopted” a handful of North Idaho teams last June, has continued its expansion into the cities of Post Falls, Rathdrum, Hayden and Spirit Lake, according to a press release.

FC Spokane is a youth soccer club developing players from the youth development ages through U19.

Free tryouts for the 2019-20 season begin on May 28 and run until June 7.

“We are excited to give the North Idaho-area players an opportunity to continue their soccer development right in our own backyard in North Idaho,” said Ashley Rider, North Idaho director of coaching for FC Spokane. “Since branching out to Post Falls, we have given the North Idaho players the full FC Spokane experience. FC Spokane has a motto of being ‘Our Family, Our Club’ and no matter the location, FC Spokane has created a family atmosphere in the soccer community, and we are thrilled to expand that family.”
