William C. Davis

William C. Davis, also known as Bill, Aunt Bill and Auntie, passed away on March 31, 2019, in Yuma, Ariz.

William was loved by all. His passion was helping veterans. He knew the ins and outs for getting them the help they needed and was always available day and night.

His second passion was riding his motorcycle. It gave him peace. He was an Army Ranger in Vietnam. He helped to get the CVMA 13-1 and 13-3 Chapters up and running. CVMA stands for Combat Veteran Motorcycle Association. You had to have been in combat to join.

He loved going to karaoke at the Eagles and had many friends who loved him as he loved all of them.

He will be missed by all who knew him. His favorite saying — if you asked him how he was doing he would reply, “I’ve never had a bad day.”

So William, stand on that ledge and watch over us; ride and enjoy your new peace.

Survived by his wife, Lexy Davis and numerous brothers and sisters.

A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 4, 2019, at the Eagles club, 209 Railroad Ave., Post Falls, Idaho, with a luncheon to follow.
