Redman named Idaho’s Young Agent of the Year

Jordan Redman, principal of Redman and Company Insurance in Rathdrum, was recently named State of Idaho Young Agent of the Year by the Independent Insurance Agents of Idaho.

Redman attended the Hartford School of Insurance in Chicago, where he earned the National Underwriter designation of CLCS (Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist.) He is the regional director on the board of the Independent Insurance Agents of Idaho.

Daley promoted at IIB

Kurt R. Gustavel, president and CEO at Idaho Independent Bank, announced the promotion of Stefani Daley as operations officer for IIB’s Hayden Branch.

In her new role, Daley will monitor employee training pertaining to customer service and banking procedures. Additionally, Daley will oversee the branch’s security procedures and devices, as well as oversee the operational and administrative duties of the Hayden branch.

Daley has been with IIB since July 2017 and has more than eight years of banking experience. She graduated from Bridgewater State College with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice.

Guyton joins Windermere Cd’A Realty

Windermere Coeur d’Alene Realty announced the addition of sales associate Stephanie Guyton to its Coeur d’Alene office.

Guyton moved to Windermere from another brokerage in the area. Prior to her real estate career, she worked in the health care profession in a number of positions including education program coordinator. Guyton has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing and is fluent in Spanish.

Windermere Coeur d’Alene Realty has offices in Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, Hayden and Liberty Lake. Windermere specializes in residential, new construction, commercial real estate, and relocation.

Glen earns Mary Kay car

Mary Kay Independent Sales Director Shawn Glen of Hayden has earned the use of a new Chevy Cruze as a result of her achievements in her Mary Kay business.

Glen took delivery of the new vehicle, her first Mary Kay career car, at Knudtsen Chevrolet in Post Falls.

Mary Kay independent sales force members earn the use of a career car by meeting or exceeding goals set within their Mary Kay businesses. Glen is mentored by her senior Sales Director Linda K. Hallock of Great Falls, Mont.

Since the Mary Kay Career Car Program’s inception in 1969, more than 157,000 independent sales force members have qualified or re-qualified to earn the use of a Mary Kay career car. Currently there are more than 5,000 Mary Kay career cars on the road nationwide.

O’Brien promoted at Exercise Institute; programs expanded

The Exercise Institute has promoted Brandy O’Brien to facility manager at the Riverstone Coeur d’Alene location. Brandy has more than 20 years of experience in the fitness and management industries.

Her skills and experience have made her an integral part of the Exercise Institutes growth and expansion plans.

Since O’Brien’s arrival, the institute has added the first line of strength machines from Triumph Fitness, the first in the U.S.

In her new role, O’Brien takes over training and development of the existing four full-time exercise specialists and is heading up the hiring of two to four additional trainers.

The institute’s digital meal plans and tracking on its mobile nutritional app have been upgraded and a registered dietitian and a certified specialist in fitness nutrition have been added to expand the company’s nutritional programming, lifestyle/wellness coaching and support.
