Dalton Gardens man dies in crash

COOLIN — A 20-year-old Dalton Gardens man died in a crash near Coolin in the Priest Lake area on Friday morning.

According to Idaho State Police, Levi Lemburg was driving southbound on Highway 57 at 5:20 a.m. in a 2003 Ford F-250 when he lost control of the truck as he was negotiating a corner.

Lemburg was driving too fast for conditions, according to police. The truck turned broadside before entering the northbound ditch, where it then rolled and came to rest against a tree.

Lemburg was ejected from the truck. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

An investigation continues.
