Hayden real estate firm adds new team members

United Country Real Estate | Northwest Land & Lifestyle Properties in Hayden has added several members to its team.

Ron Borg and Nanette Pitts formed Team Idahome, ranch and home professionals serving all of North Idaho. They are active in the community participating in a number of fundraising events.

Jodi Counts brings 11 years of real estate experience and holds countless specialty certifications. She represents buyers and sellers in Idaho and Washington.

Lance Berryman offers real estate services in the Sandpoint area. He has an eye for design and quality.

Jim Lemieux joined the office after retiring from PotlatchDeltic Corporation as their senior real estate manager. Jim is a professional forester and offers his expertise in timberland and land transactions.

Kara Vrevich joined the team as an unlicensed assistant and serves as the transaction manager. Her business background and organizing skills ensure the efficiency of the office.

United Country Real Estate | Northwest Land & Lifestyle Properties is owned by Tom Moore and Kathy Edlund and offers residential, commercial, land and new construction real estate services. United Country is the largest seller of lifestyle, land and country properties for sale and auction nationwide and specializes in offering broader exposure of listed properties.

Dunfield joins Inland Northwest Land Conservancy

Inland Northwest Land Conservancy, a Spokane nonprofit conservation organization that serves eastern Washington and North Idaho, recently hired Todd Dunfield as Community Conservation Manager. He was executive director of the North Idaho Centennial Trail Foundation and previously worked for the Spokane Nordic Ski Association and for Gonzaga University. He is active with the Washington Trails Association and is a 2011 Leadership Spokane graduate.

The conservancy also recently appointed Casey Brazil to serve on its board. Brazil is a managing broker and director of brokerage for Kiemle Hagood.

New mobile denture service in Kootenai County

Amanda J. Rowe announced the launch of her new mobile denture service, Third Generation Dental Prosthetics. A third generation licensed denturist, Rowe’s vision for her company is to serve patients and clients who are in rehabilitation homes, care centers and hospice care and unable to visit a clinic for their care and treatment.

Rowe’s father is the owner of Triple “R” Dentures in Coeur d’Alene and Spokane Valley.

“My new business will be an extension of his — collaboratively working to reach our community members who are often overlooked for these important health care needs, and also to minister to these dear ones who deserve and need the support and attention,” Rowe said.

She has a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and an associate degree of technology in denturity from Bates Technical College. Rowe is a licensed denturist in Idaho, Washington and Arizona. She has 14 years of experience in the dental field.
