DMV: Third time the charm

| October 14, 2018 1:00 AM

Such a pretty day, we thought let’s go renew our driver’s licenses. Big. big mistake.

We arrived at the Kootenai County office at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 10. They informed us that there were 80 people signed in ahead of us, and they would take no more clients today.

Drove to the Post Falls office and arrived at 11. They informed us they would help us, but it was a 4-hour wait. We left.

Drove to Sandpoint/Bonner County office in Ponderay. We arrived in their office at 1 p.m. Just 45 minutes later, we were walking out with our renewed licenses. Very pleasant and easy to deal with.

P.S.: I could have flown to Boise in less time. They need to stop blaming computers and get their act together.
