KAVANAUGH: Unfit to serve

Last week’s nomination hearing was a political charade. While both parties engage in it, this one is clearly caused by the GOP.

Senator Graham among others touted the “golden approval” by the ABA; now even the ABA is calling for an FBI investigation before a full Senate vote.

Senator Graham in his mad speech pointed out that the bad Democrats only want to postpone the vote until after the upcoming election for purely political reasons. What did the GOP, and that includes our Idaho senators, do to Obama’s legitimate nominee for 10 months? Of course the Democrats should retaliate.

Many years ago, as a voter in Illinois, I voted for moderate Republicans. I did not leave the Republican party, that party left me. Now I am not a member of any party.

Kavanaugh has stated in the past that a sitting president should be above the law and should not be prosecuted for any unlawful act. With his displayed unstable behavior during the senate hearing last week, Kavanaugh does not deserve to become a Supreme Court judge.
