Notice of Public Comment Period and Public Hearing On the City's CDBG Annual Action Plan and Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report The City of Coeur d'Alene has drafted an annual action plan for the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for the plan year 2018. The City is receiving CDBG funds in the amount of $318,476 for the plan year beginning April 1, 2018. The draft Annual Action plan will be available for review and comment for a period of at least 15 days, beginning May 21, 2018. The City of Coeur d'Alene has also drafted its Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) in review of its Plan Year 2017 use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On the 5th day of June 2018, at 5:00 p.m. at City of Hayden Lake City Hall, 9393 N. Strahorn Road, Hayden Lake, Idaho 83835, a hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Hayden Lake for the purpose of reviewing an application for a variance submitted by the Sayles Family Trust.
