Julia Anne Weston, 78

Julia Anne Weston, 78, was born Aug. 16, 1939, and passed away on May 18, 2018.

Julia, who preferred to be call Julie, was born on Jersey Island, Calif. She grew up in Oakland, Calif., and graduated high school there. She was married to Robert “Bob” Weston for 38 years before Bob passed away in 2005. They enjoyed a life of retirement in Grass Valley, Calif., for 20 years. Bob was always one to be on time and Julie was always late. She would say, “On time is when I get there.” She was loved for her sense of humor and her loving way.

She loved children and during Bob’s retirement years she started a daycare for handicapped children (TLC Daycare). She loved having a garden and growing vegetables. After the death of Bob she moved to North Idaho to be near her only son and great-granddaughters, Julia and Jazmyne. She had many good years with them and will be very missed.

Julie leaves behind her brother, Manuel Cunha, and sister, Lucy Flynn; her son, Bill Weston and granddaughters, Misty Weston and Ashley Weston along with her two great-granddaughters, Julia Rose Wehmoff and Jazmyne Rain Tempest.
