SIGNALS: Hand it to satire

I got a chuckle out of Mr. Tanzer’s letter rebuking Mr. Gannon’s letter about new cars not installing turn signals. Years ago, I found if writing anything with satire, someone will take it literally.

If only Mr. Gannon had reminded everyone that hand signals with our arms for left and right turns was still an option, or perhaps it’s not, would have defused the controversy. All I can say is our car has turn single options, but I can’t figure them out yet.
