Today's ghastly groaner

A husband and wife were in their vehicle headed for church.

As they drove through an area where some road construction had recently been completed, they saw some traffic cones and signs not yet removed, including a sign that said “End road work.”

“I’ve seen these protest signs for years,” the husband said to his wife. “I don’t think they are working.”
