ALLWEST promotes Malley

ALLWEST Testing & Engineering in Hayden has promoted Stuart Malley to business development manager.

Malley was hired as area manager for the company’s Hayden office in 2016. In his new role, Malley will be charged with building relationships with new partners in the engineering, environmental and testing industries.

Malley has more than 15 years experience in a technical services role in the construction materials supply industry. He received a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering and Master of Science in civil engineering from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama.

He came to ALLWEST from Ash Grove Cement Company in Salt Lake City, where he was technical services manager since 2011. His prior experience includes 11 years with Vulcan Materials Company of Atlanta, Ga. During his tenure with Vulcan Materials, he served as the regional technical services manager, overseeing the technical services department for two states, which included 36 quarries and 43 employees. He lives in Hayden with his wife and son.

Social Security seminar planned

Pat Wardian, president and CEO of Wardian Wealth Management in Coeur d’Alene, will present a dinner seminar offering ways to maximize Social Security benefits.

Wardian will discuss how benefits are calculated, offer simple ways to increase them, and how married couples can maximize their Social Security by coordinating their benefits.

The dinner seminar will take place Tuesday, April 17 and Thursday, April 19 at Barlows in Liberty Lake.

Seminar begins at 6 p.m. A complimentary dinner will be served following the presentation. Tickets to this event are free, however a limited number of seats are available. Reservations must be made in advance by calling 208-664-8980.

New sales associate joins Keller Williams Realty Coeur d’Alene

Chris Nicholson has recently joined the team of sales professionals at Keller Williams Realty Coeur d’Alene. Prior to starting his real estate career, Nicholson worked as a parts manager at Lake City Ford for the Addis family for 19 years. For the last year and a half, he owned his own business in the automotive industry.

With Coeur d’Alene roots, Nicholson graduated from Coeur d’Alene High School and ITT Technical Institute in Spokane.

New sales associates join Windermere Coeur d’Alene Realty

Windermere Coeur d’Alene Realty announced the addition of sales associates Annette Lively and Charlie Miller to its Coeur d’Alene office.

Prior to moving to North Idaho three years ago, Lively spent over 13 years as a deputy sheriff in southern California. Lively and her husband and three children reside in Hayden.

Miller joins Windermere with a history of service. He was the regional development officer for the Idaho Community Foundation for the past three years, and prior to this spent over seven years as executive director for the North Idaho Centennial Trail Foundation. He is a graduate of the University of Idaho and a Coeur d’Alene native, where he lives with his wife, two children and black lab.
