We are well into our third year of the Super Scholarship Raffle program and are so grateful to the continued support of our Premier Sponsor, Greene Idaho Foundation, and our other underwriting sponsors.

Our 2016 Scholarship winner was Cody Jahns, who is attending NIC and just earned his CNA with the intention of transferring to Lewis Clark State College to continue his degree in nursing.

The 2017 Scholarship winner was Justin Lyon, who is attending the University of Idaho working towards his degree in medicine.

Who will be next? Only 1,000 $50 tickets will be sold for a chance to win a $25,000 college scholarship that can be used at University of Idaho. Lewis Clark State College, North Idaho College or a combination of the three schools.

Tuesday, April 17, Connect 4 Lunch Meeting: We are thrilled to have Jason Swain, creator of Symbio Leadership as our keynote speaker. Jason has been facilitating our River City Leadership Academy evening courses, and has brought such value to the program, we have asked him to share his gift with our membership. Thank you to Columbia Bank, our lunch sponsor.

Friday, April 20, Hard Hats, Hammers & Hotdogs: Not familiar with this event? Our area high schools juniors and seniors get a hands-on tour of the many vocational careers offered by KTEC and PTEC, from welding and diesel mechanics to operating heavy pieces of equipment to hands-on demonstrations by the health programs. Nearly 1,000 students get a better idea of the fields they might want to pursue.

Tuesday, April 24, CEO Speakers Series presented by Idaho Central Credit Union: We are honored to have Kent Oram, CEO for Idaho Central Credit Union, as our featured CEO.

Wednesday, April 25, is our Community Business Fair. Thank you to our Grand Sponsor, Northwest Specialty Hospital. This is a wonderful event to promote commerce in our community with 90+ businesses under one roof. Awards will be given for Best Booth, Marketing Guru, Most Creative and Best Food. Free and open to the public from 4-6 p.m.
