Kindergarten pre-registration set

Kindergarten pre-registration for the Plummer/Worley Joint School District for the 2018-19 school year begins April 3 and runs through June 1.

Registration will take place at Lakeside Elementary School, located at 1345 E St. in Plummer.

The students must be 5 years old by Sept. 1, 2018, to be eligible for kindergarten. Please be sure to bring the child’s certified birth certificate and immunizations record.

The record should indicate the child has had four doses of the polio vaccine, five doses of DTP (diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis), two doses of MMR (measles, mumps and rubella), three doses of hepatitis B vaccine, two doses of hepatitis A vaccine and two doses of varicella (chicken pox) vaccine.
