Frank J. ‘Jay’ Kelley IV, 63

Frank J. “Jay” Kelley IV, aged 63, died after a long battle with prostate cancer on March 15, 2018, at his home in Hayden Lake, Idaho. He was born on Dec. 24, 1954, in Louisville, Ky., and grew up outside Chicago, Ill.

Frank was predeceased by his parents, Frank J. Kelley III and Mary Fenley Kaye, and his sister, Elizabeth Kelley Johnson. Frank is survived by his wife of 40 years, Lisa Fegan Kelley and his son and future daughter-in-law, Lewis Kelley and Amanda Davidowitz. He is also survived by one brother, three sisters, numerous nieces and nephews, and many in-laws and cousins.

Frank will be interred in the family mausoleum in Louisville, Ky., on June 1, 2018, following a graveside service. Yates Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of final arrangements.
