TRUMP: Miles of smiles

Mr. M.’s “… A Smile Killer” letter in Readers Write of March 16 has stopped my smile with his booms of possibly presumptuous accusations against President Trump. That writer used invasions of uninvited familiarity toward First Lady Melania Trump, like the blowing scent of un-brushed teeth.

How can Mr. M. know when Mrs. Trump’s elegant, intelligent face does or does not radiate smiles, why, or how often? If malice, self-righteousness, and lack of love and support toward our country’s elected leader is the kindling and fuel for such rankling perception and raucous written expression, its resulting fire should be untended and cooled as long as it takes for America’s national thankfulness, unity and courtesy to be fostered and thriving on a mighty, noble, actually helpful scale.
