LITTLE: Reasons for support

One of the interesting things Brad Little has done as Lieutenant Governor is to ask all state regulatory boards to start self-assessments to make sure they’re doing the right thing for the right reason. Are their rules and regulations necessary? Relevant? Timely? Is the protection of public health and safety at the heart of those rules? That’s the kind of thing we can expect from Brad Little as governor: a thoughtful, pragmatic, and knowledgeable approach to how government operates in Idaho.

When he talks about efficiency and responsiveness, he means exactly that — and with his background, Brad Little has the know-how to make sure we have the kind of programs we need at the least cost and with the lightest touch. That’s why I’m supporting Brad Little for governor in the Republican primary.
