Teen mental health talk scheduled in Post Falls

Teen mental health will be discussed Monday, March 19 at 6 p.m. during a parent night at Post Falls Middle School.

Stu Cabe, a local motivational speaker, will begin the presentation. Bonnie Wilson, from the National Alliance on Mental Health (NAMI) will speak next.

Topics will include depression, anxiety, eating disorders, self-harm and more.

The event will take place in the school’s gym, 301 E. 16th Ave., Post Falls.
