NOTICE OF ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids must be received by the City of Coeur d'Alene at the office of the City Clerk on or before the day of March 15th, 2018 until the hour of 11:00 a.m. of said day for THE CENTENNIAL TRAIL - Work consists of crack sealing, aggregate crack sealing asphalt patching, infra-red repair, root removal and root barrier placement, shoulder gravel replacement, seal coating, and trail striping and symbols, and blackout of markings.
