Eberlin named next Timberlake principal

The Lakeland Joint School District announced that Ryne Eberlin will be the new principal at Timberlake High School in Spirit Lake for the 2018-2019 school year.

Eberlin is currently the assistant principal at Timberlake.

“He looks forward to a seamless transition with the support of current principal, John Klingaman,” said the school district’s announcement.

Superintendent Becky Meyer said school officials feel fortunate to have a principal that staff, students and parents support.

Eberlin said he is excited to work with the Timberlake staff as the school’s next principal.

“The staff, students, and community at Timberlake are superior,” Eberlin said. “I will continue to build on the work from the past 20 years and recognize this staff has established a culture of respect and strong rapport with the students and community. Thank you for your support as we continue to work with each individual student to prepare them for the future.”
