CONSTRUCTION: Lend a hand

This is in response to Michael Murphy’s Sunday, June 17, letter to the editor on construction. You must be from California, because construction in North Idaho cannot be done during the winter months. That is why they do it in the spring/summer.

If it makes you unhappy, leave and find another city to complain about. You probably complain of all the potholes in and around the area. If you do not want to leave the area, then volunteer to help the highway districts. They are shorthanded.
