Megan Drake

Coeur d’Alene

Drake, a 2018 graduate of Coeur d’Alene High, scored the eventual game-winning goal for the Sting Timbers in a 2-1 win over L30 Nitro Utah in the girls 18-and-under championship game of the US Youth Soccer Far West Presidents Cup on Sunday in Salt Lake City. “Megan has a knack for surprising opponents with her speed and grit,” Sting Timbers coach Julio Morales said. “She can find and create opportunities seemingly out of nothing. She has been good in attacking from the past several tournaments.”
