SERVICE: Flat-out delighted

I had a flat tire on my car the other day as it sat in the garage. My husband called the tire shop where we bought them and asked them to come out (he is disabled). They said no, we do not do service calls.

My husband called a tire store where we recently had purchased five new CJ5 tires. They had made two service calls before, but they said no, we do not do service calls.

We called Les Schwab. The gentleman there said sure, we will be out as soon as possible. He came out, aired up my tire (and the others as well). I drove to Les Schwab. They fixed the tire and never charged me to fix it.

The customer service at Les Schwab is excellent. The people who work there are very considerate. Needless to say where I will do business.
