DNA: A Bible story

| June 10, 2018 1:00 AM

Once-upon-a-time in a world not so far away, lived an editor Ike, a journalist The Kid, and a Prince with a lot of gold.

Now Ike wanted to get a salary increase for The Kid whose family was growing rapidly. Ike said, “if you write a story on the Battle of the Little Bighorn with a poly journalism content, it would impress the Prince with the gold. In other words, if a reader reads left-to-right, he would read about Sitting Bull and Crazy Horse. But if the reader reads right-to-left, he would read about Custer, Reno, and Benteen.”

Now The Kid remembered that he had come from a far away land to the south where teachers believed that Nothing had produced Everything. Incredibly Nothing had produced Stars, Planets, Trees, Birds, Animals, People, Houses, Bank Accounts, Families and DNA! Now Nothing — it was claimed — had come up with DNA code that reads intelligent journalism in different directions and in different sequences. At least 12 codes.

“a,” “devil” (lived), “evil” (live), DNA (AND) in reverse work. However, Sitting Bull (lluB gnittiS) and Custer (retsuC) do not work in reverse. The Kid failed. But the great geniuses, including Einstein and Newton, could not do poly journalism either!

A moral to this story is: It is better to spend eternity with a Supreme Journalist, than to risk eternity with Nothing!

Psalm 14:1 says, The fool has said in his heart, “There is no GOD.” They are corrupt, They have done abominable works…
