The Sunday article about the bureaucratic roadblocks facing Coeur d’Alene Charter Academy was very distressing. Shame on the Idaho Department of Education. With apologies to The Great Emancipator, government of the bureaucrats, by the bureaucrats, for the bureaucrats must perish from this Earth.
