Tim's Special Cut Meats to move

Premium retail meats and freezer meat packs are offered at Tim’s Special Cut Meats, which is moving to Post Falls after 15 years at 7397 N. Government Way. The new location is 525 N. Graffiti St., close to Seltice Way and behind Taco Bell.

The retail meats include sirloins, ribeyes, prime rib and rib roasts. Other products include boneless meat processing, sausage making, jerky, smoking and vacuum packing. Specialty groceries include rubs, spices, seasonings, sauces, jarred and picked goods from local vendors, local dairy products, raw milk and eggs, barbecue smoker grills and accessories.

Owner Tim Branen has family-like employees with Cassidy Branen, Todd Burke, Kimberly Dunn, Kara Redd, Sean Skeen, Darren Stein and Elle M. Pribyl.

New plans for 421 Lakeside

The owners of Innovation Den across the street have purchased the former Sotheby’s office building at 421 E. Lakeside Ave.

The two-level building will comprise eight offices, a master suite, two conference rooms, a kitchen, two common areas and bocci ball and lawn darts in the front lawn. The occupants can use the conference rooms in the Innovation Den.

iSpa Nails opens in Riverstone

Offering gel polish, waxing and kid services, iSpa Nails has opened at 2081 N. Main St. in Riverstone.

Services include pedicures, manicures and classic nail enhancements. Products include crystal rhinestones to add sparkle.

Chinese Bodyworks opens in Cd’A

Offering natural herbal foot soaks and traditional Chinese-style massage, LH Chinese Bodyworks has opened in Suite 1 at 1801 Lincoln Way in Coeur d’Alene.

- Northwest Tea Company will open soon at 4055 N. Government Way (the former Herbie’s Cafe location).

- Landmark Storage is expanding at 2900 Government Way (opening on Second Street). Details soon.

- Polka Dot Pottery has moved from Riverstone to Spokane Valley Mall.

- Watch for a move by Tiffany Blue downtown and a new business coming into the old location. A sushi eatery may be coming to 221 E. Sherman.

- A Thai Express eatery will open near Mod Pizza in Crossroads Center at Appleway and Ramsey.

- Great Harvest is closed near Costco, and the Fedora Restaurant is closed on Kathleen. Both will evidently reopen with new owners. Anyone have info on those?

- A new Fu-Ki Japanese Steakhouse is under construction where the Kynrede Cafe was at 8885 N. Government Way in Hayden. And a new Human Bean coffee place is under construction behind ICCU in Hayden.

- Watch for a new Beau Monde Exchange and a Domino’s Pizza in Post Falls.

- Incrediburger & Eggs will build a new place next to Firehouse Subs on Appleway. And Thomas Hammer Coffee will join the Firehouse Subs building. Idaho Central Credit Union will be across the street.

- New places downtown will be Live For Blu fine art at 505 E. Sherman and The NYC Piano Bar at 313 E. Sherman.

- Ellenbecker Eye Clinic will move this summer from 2140 Riverstone Drive to nearby 2020.

- Hotel news: The Shilo Inn is being remodeled on Appleway and will become a Comfort Suites and Mainstay Suites with 138 rooms, an indoor pool and a meeting room for 50 people. Staybridge Suites hotel is under construction in Riverstone.

- I didn’t like my beard at first. Then it grew on me.

- “No Outlet” signs are better than “Dead End.”
