She attended John Muir Junior High School, and graduated from George Washington High School in Los Angeles, Calif., with the class of ’62.

On 8 February 1964, Brenda married Ruben Thomas Finn in St. Rafael Catholic Church, in Los Angeles.

For the remainder of her life, Brenda Finn was a devoted and loving housewife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, godmother and friend. Through her years, those who loved her had various nicknames for her; such as, “B,” “Aunt B,” “Beezee,” and “Gammy B.”

Among the many hobbies and activities Brenda enjoyed were playing tennis, fishing, camping and traveling. Most important to her was being with her family and living her Catholic faith.

Though Brenda was born and raised in the greater Los Angeles area, she raised her family in Agoura, Calif. Later, she and her husband, Ruben, moved to and lived in Fatima, Portugal. While in Fatima, both Ruben and Brenda were admitted to the Consul of the Duke of Braganza. This position, however, did not interfere with her reign as the queen of garage sales and flea markets. Returning to the United States, they chose to retire in Post Falls, Idaho.

After having suffered years from the hereditary disease CADASIL, Brenda received the sacrament of Last Anointing and the Apostolic Pardon the morning Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, called her to His Bosom.

Brenda is survived by Ruben Thomas Finn (husband), Timothy Patrick Finn (son), Michael Henry Finn (son), Frances DiPonzio (sister), Christine Solís (sister), Leo Solís (brother), Christine Vaughn (niece), Tracey Wilson (niece), Dena LaRue (niece), Circa Tarin (niece), Maia Tar-in (niece), Elizabeth Robles (niece), Jody Perret (nephew), Stevie Perret (nephew), Amy Griffin (niece), Kenny Frias (nephew), Kurt Frias (nephew), Casey Berry (nephew), Chris Finn (nephew), Mackenzie Katz (grandson), Izabella Kranz-Finn (granddaughter) and Audrey Kranz-Finn (granddaughter).
