Idaho Department of Health and Welfare Public Hearing on Child Care and Development Fund Also known as Idaho Child Care Program Public Hearing: On Thursday, August 2nd, 2018 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare will hold a public hearing on Idaho's plan for providing child care services under the 2019-2021 Child Care and Development Fund Draft Plan, also known as ICCP State Plan.
