Kilted Growler offers a variety of drinks

With 56 tap beers, several red and white wines, kombucha and hard cider, Kilted Growler has opened in a unique setting in the shopping plaza at 8160 N. Cornerstone Drive in the northwest corner of Highway 95 and Prairie Avenue.

With different types of seating, the decor is rustic industrial with a tap backsplash having a clear resin covering 5,000 pennies. The staff wears kilts, Doc Marten boots and Kilted Growler shirts.

Owner Steve Welch has bartenders Catherine Tansey, Michelle Czarapata, Stephanie Badzik and Savanna Rynearson.

Hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. weekdays, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday. Customers can bring their own food. Phone 208-719-9069. Check www.kiltedgrowler.com soon.
