FULCHER: Won this vote

A minor miracle occurred in Rathdrum on Tuesday evening. A politician actually wanted to hear from the people!

Russ Fulcher is a strong conservative who is running for Congress. He held a town hall meeting last Tuesday evening in Rathdrum. Russ came ready to listen — and he heard from North Idaho about our wants, needs and vision for our country.

The meeting was well attended by a good cross section of people. From seniors to farmers, from vets to young business people, the people shared their concerns and asked their questions. We learned that Russ is a strong supporter of life, the Second Amendment, and returning Idaho lands back to state control and management. He strongly believes in limiting the overreach of government. He heard from us — loud and clear — that the corruption and waste in D.C. must be stopped.

I left impressed. I will proudly be voting for Russ Fulcher for Congress.
