WARMING: Let's talk about it

Anyone who reads these letters regularly will recognize that I have taken a strong stand against the global warming hysteria that is often found on TV or in the press. Want to know more, look up my article “The Myth of Global Warming” found on the internet.

Would anyone like to dialogue about climate change?

Polar bears have gone from about 5,000 to 25,000 today and are not going extinct.

Sea level has continued to rise since the end of the Little Ice Age (about 1850) and around the rate of two thicknesses of paper a year.

If they insist that radical weather events are increasing, point out that they are no worse than throughout history, only that there is a lot more real estate at risk.

If they think wind and solar are the answer, point out that they do not provide consistent power and that another plant must be kept idling for when they do not produce electricity. They would not even exist except for the subsidies.

Our civilization as we know it exists because of coal, hydro and nuclear, and to do without them will mean going back to the days of the cave man.
