LABRADOR: Best for economy
The national economy is beginning to boom. The bold, conservative-led, tax cutting plan passed in Washington and signed by President Trump put this in motion.
Which person running for Idaho governor can we count on to duplicate this success in Idaho? For this task I would choose U.S. Rep. Raul Labrador. He has been in Washington advocating and pushing for these very economic reforms. Labrador’s record on cutting taxes is evident in his voting record. Of the three major candidates, Rep. Labrador is the only one with a proven track record. One candidate is part of the existing Idaho establishment causing our tax codes that discourage business. The other has been on the receiving end of taxpayers’ money to gain advantage in development ventures.
Raul Labrador’s tax plan is simple. As governor, he would eliminate personal property tax on businesses and create an even playing field for all size businesses. He would cut Idaho’s sales, individual and corporate tax rates to 5 percent. The grocery tax would be gone! If we voters put our well-founded trust in Raul Labrador, then Idaho’s economy and jobs will have the chance to fly to new heights.
