PLOWING: Citizen suggestions

Why do people shovel or snowblow their driveways/sidewalks back into the freshly plowed streets? Why park your car on the street (and have to dig it out later) while your garage is filled with junk? The county/city might publish a snowplow schedule once in awhile to alert people where they will be plowing so folks have an opportunity to move their vehicles. Just a thought.
