FELONIES

Ware, Curtis B., 34, Post Falls, possession of a controlled substance, $50,000.

Medema, Megan L., 34, Moscow, possession of a controlled substance, DUI, driving without privileges and para-phernalia, $50,000.

Requena, Kole A., 25, Post Falls, grand theft (credit card), petit theft and forgery, $50,000.

Maganas, Brandon L., 36, Spokane, trafficking in heroin and manufacturing/delivering/possessing with intent - Schedule II, $100,000.

Gust, Jesse T., 32, Spokane, possession of a controlled substance, $35,000.

MISDEMEANORS

Adkinson, Brent N., 25, Hayden, battery, $5,000.

Lehenbauer, Anna C., 32, Coeur d'Alene, probation violation, $5,000.

Kenworthy, Ralph W., 62, Post Falls, driving without privileges, $2,000.

Vasquez, Cheyenne E., 25, Coeur d'Alene, possession of paraphernalia, $5,000.

Rosane, Patricia C., 54, Rathdrum, petit theft and possession of paraphernalia, $5,000.

Finder, Jeremy L., 37, Fairfield, reckless driving and minor purchasing alcohol, three days jail.

Fehrs, Aaron T., 34, Caldwell, false information to law enforcement, four days jail.

Kildow, Brett A., 33, Caldwell, possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia, two days jail.

McGinnis, Kyle E., 31, Boise, malicious injury to property and liquor to minors, five days jail with work release.

Purvis, Terise N., 28, Mica, at a place with illegal controlled substances, five days jail.

Arthur, Toamoke, Lapwai, failure to appear, $1,000 or $100 cash.

Lowley, Michael L., 42, Plummer, possession of paraphernalia, $300 cash only.

Derosia, Britney C., 26, Fernwood, possession of a controlled substance, $150 cash only.

Lozon, Delilah R., 23, Coeur d'Alene, possession of paraphernalia, $300 cash only.

Jackson, Eric N., 57, Lapwai, possession of paraphernalia, $300 cash only.

Kootenai County has more than 4,000 active warrants. Most warrants for contempt or failure to appear may be resolved by contacting the court and paying the fines.
