SWIM: Coeur d’Alene Crossing keeps growing

The Coeur d’Alene Area Swim Team would like to celebrate and thank everyone involved in the 2017 Coeur d’Alene Crossing.

Over the past six years, the Coeur d’Alene Crossing has grown from a small event to a large community-wide celebration. This event has grown from an initial 161 swimmers to 314 sign-ups in 2017. Through this event, we have been able to raise a total of $47,342 in charitable donations from the past six years. The Coeur d’Alene Area Swim Team has used this money to help pay for swim meets, scholarships and team travel events.

We would like to specifically thank John Marcheso, Robert Cliff, Craig Brosenne, Al Williams, Kathy Goodwin, Steve Rozier, the CDA Crossing committee, and all the others who worked so hard to put on this wonderful event.

We hope in the coming years to continually to expand this event and raise money for the multiple wonderful charities involved. We can’t wait to see everyone again in August 2018!

Sincerely,

Team Captains,

SARAH NICHOLLS and TRISTAN WHITING
